Is literally a parsnip. Was mutated by the T-virus and gained semi-inteligence and is exploring the world.
8’’ tall humanoid-ish parship! Vegitable skin remains, has leaves for hair, and one small leaf as clothing… Its a loincloth.
Can jump rather high and climb extremely well. He can absorb sun and water which can change his height from 8’’ tall to 12’’ (will the lack sun and water will wither to 5’’).
However looses the extra jump powers while full sized.
