sent 3 submissions to customer service, directly personal messaged the game developer, reported this as a bug to kongregate and posted a summary of the problem in kongregate forum. any other suggestion? please msg them to me

so far i have submitted twice to customer service asking for information regarding the problems since maintenance(24 hours apart and received the same we are looking into your submit response
