For a first try, not terrible I guess. The collision detection works, no bugs that I've found, but that's because it's so simple. Still, everyone has to start somewhere. Keep trying!
Could you add a sandbox mode? Some sort of accelerate button would work for that. If you improved on the graphics and added a sandbox mode, it could be like pilotwings for the n64. It would be far more entertaining. Maybe a mode where you can take pictures? Hope this helps!
Could you please remove the aura when you go into slowmo? I don't need it to tell me that I'm in slowmo. The lasers flying at half speed are good enough for me.
I think that all of the noobs on kongregate would appreciate a sandbox mode. It would stop alot of the whining and crying about how unfair it is and it would probably increase the amount of plays the game gets.
Some ideas for an EW5
~Add pierce for guns
~Bullet speeds are different depending on the gun
~More grenades with different effects
~Longer missions
~Your character doesn't pick up the gun that he just threw away because it was empty
Does this game seem unpolished to anyone? If your reloading the "machine gun" and you switch to the pistol, then the pistol's bottomless magazine suddenly needs reloading. No offense, but that's a very easy problem to fix
i object to the fact that the USA is referred to as "America", then when you click on Canada, the window that opens says territory of america when the mouse is clearly over Canada. i like the game but am touchy about how the even unintentional implication that Canada is "territory of america".
@Alexandar_1998 now i dont use actionsricpt(goign to try to learn it tho) i use turing but you have to save the x and y values of the missile to an array when its shot and have an array that saves a boolean (true =shot false=not shot). if a missile is shot add to its x value till it collides , at which point it is not shot. This is very rough and untested in a program so twaek it a lot
