Phoebe will always win against Andromeda and thats just not fair because Phobe is longrange and a little bit shortrange but wins against Andromeda in Longrange wich is Andromedas primary discipline

There is phase in wich you come when no damage is applied for some time in this phase you can move for free in all directions but in that direction you have to move to conter movement
When Moving gets to be no cost it must be that all 3 must be at no cost and not just the ones that are different to the one that is in this moment

Phoebes Attack Power Lash is Overpowered
it costs the Same as Trueshot for example but does more damage and stund for one round wich is most of the Times a one hit kill
please fix that
