Has the rate at which boosts drop changed? The guide says 0.12% per second. So about 8 seconds per 1%. I have the L3 kong set on and says i should be getting back 0.1% boosts per second. So even if i only get the boost bonus when i click the progress bar drop rate should be 0.02% per second. But its still 0.12% per second.
