Leveling quirks and perks is additive, but they multiply with other quirks and perks. Bonuses for maxing out a boost is also multiplicative.

@demimonde later on in the game, you will have items that are supposedly good for different things, and u would want to pair them together. Loadout slots is just convenience to do it faster

How about a thing where you can click on a stat or special bonus in adventure page (like toughness, energy power, respawn etc.) and it will show all the items you have with that stat?
