I haven't finished loading the game yet, but let me just say: I have been SEARCHING for POM2 on google CONSTANTLY the past 2 years! Nothing. Now imagine my ecstasy when I saw POM2 in recommended here! THANKS EvilDog!!!!! 5/5 for being a sequel to a supreme game!
5/5 for being good fun. Kept me busy a few hours now and doesn't get boring. Would like to see a sequel (not more towers, just more maps and maybe abilities or higher levels) with a map editor! :D
@everyone complaining about the controls. Are you serious? This game uses four buttons for direction controlling, and two more - pass (if you have the ball) or change player, and shoot (if you have the ball) or tackle. If you have problems with the layout, simply configure it the way you like. Once again, a very well-made game.
@shenanighans: Passing is suppose to be off, thats the reason you want to UPGRADE your players' skill with passing - to make it more accurate. Making them auto-aim the goal defies the point of being able to score goals by shooting or passing off the walls. You need to play at least an hour to appreciate all the aspects of this simple but extremely fun and well made game.
For a simplistic little TD this is quite enjoyable. Some fixes need to be done though, like the tooltips displaying over the playing field which obstructs you from building there, and maybe some better tooltips, bigger and more responsive. Well done for a first flash game though. I like the way you show HP by changing the creep's color. Maybe a little interest system could be implemented :P 4/5
