As a follow up to aeiowu, I think you need options for graphics. My laptop chugs as well, but for a fast computer they are neat effects. Add a little menu to choose color and processing effects and your usability will increase dramatically.

Nice concept - a fun sandbox game with a purpose! Also well balanced and clever puzzles, though sometimes the physics is a little wacky (balls bouncing off the screen in crazy directions, things getting stuck and exploding, etc.). Also, some color schemes are just impossible to see - ability to pick colors rather than random would be nice. A fine effort with nice use of particles though. I wish you had entered this into the amateur particle game competition I saw.

Nice concept with a surprising amount of "complexity". I put it in quotes because I think ultimately a fair amount of experimentation will determine the truly best strategy. Still, very nice for a flash game. My biggest complaint is that it gets very slow - it takes so long on the later levels that I started to lose interest while in the air.

I can't believe people have referred to this as a luck game. It's perfect information - very definition on non-luck game. The only "luck" is who goes first. I have seen this game before, but this is a competent recreation. My biggest complaint is the stupid blue guy that follows my cursor and gets in the way of the board. Nice thought, but in practice is just annoying.

I will say that a nice feature, especially for the achievement, would be some sort of save feature, as well as a level counter (i.e. 13 out of 40) instead of just level names. Not knowing what your progress is is kinda frustrating.

Eggy - I agree with you. I don't understand these comments. Yeah, there are some bugs and there is some presentation stuff to be worked out. But overall it's a fun concept and fairly well implemented. Don't let them get you down - keep up the good work! :-) 4/5

Actually, I'm going to make a slight addendum. Play through to World 3 if you can. 2 kinda bored me, but 3 is pretty crazy - I love the artistic style and insanity. Reminded me of Alice on the PC. However, a recommendation: when you fall into a pit, just take off some health and return them - don't lose a life. In a game as disorienting as this, there were times that I just off expecting to be attached to a wall only to lose a life. A health penalty would be fine, but a lost life is too stiff I think.

Nice animation and a good, happily disorienting gameplay mechanic. I was impressed that you kept such an unusual level design still intuitive. Somehow though, I found the overall pacing to be slow and somewhat non-compelling. Still, a cool and fun concept. :)

I have a confession - I played a lot more of the loader than the actual game. Heck, I'd like to see the loader turned into a full game, with better scoring (let's get hundredths of a second timing) and a more active group of users. The main game is pretty cool too, but for some reason the loader really captured my attention (probably in part because the high scores table isn't very competitive yet...)

One of the things I'd like to try (perhaps as an optional rule?) is a pure-alternating mode. The pool version (keep going 'til you screw up) can lead to a lot of domination with a couple of well-placed shots. I wonder how the game dynamic would go if you had to trade blows regardless. A fun idea though, and a fine implementation.

I do wish the points were based purely on how many you take out in a shot, instead of how quickly you do it. It is set up like a turn-based game but for some reason tries to add speed by tying your points to it.

I'm really not sure what the complaint about being boring is. The game starts to get rather challenging after 3 - 4 levels, especially if you're going for high scores. I dunno, I find it to be a very compelling puzzle game.

A clever idea with a not so great implementation. I do like the way that the colors are displayed and allow the player to dynamically discover the correct combination. Sorry phack - it'd be extremely difficult to incorporate symbols for color-blind folks because some of the colors are complex (3 blues + 1 yellow = dark green).

Well, it was going to be 4 stars until I saw zhack correctly point out that this is a copy of Spin It Up http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/SpinItUp.php That said, I like the double tables, and it does work pretty well. For those complaining about the music...come on! This is about a DJ Scratch Pad!! What the hell would AC/DC and Alice Cooper be doing with record scratching? I think the music is good for the genre, though it actually could use more scratch influence.

A good concept, but graphics is not at all what I'd say the problem is. It's a problem of growth, difficulty, and rewards. The concept is fun and interesting, but ultimately the game is very easy (I just got bored and stopped), too slow to grow (upgrades take forever to get to), upgrades don't seem to do much, and after 19 levels the enemies seemed to just be repeating instead of getting harder. I'd love to see a version 2 that included some more stats, new enemies, and a better difficulty gradient.

Well, I think Mustapha may have exaggerated a bit, but he did have some points. With very expensive cards and 3 different types of resources you are often limited to a very low selection of cards that are playable. That said, I do like the concept. I think the thing that would do the most for the game would be to have a user-creatable deck. Let us look at all the cards and create a deck that we like. Optionally, assign point values to each card and cap the decks off. To see a good example of this, Google up Monster Master. It's a Crazy Monkey game that somehow hasn't made it here yet (I was going to upload it but then read the rules about not uploading other people's content...oh well...).

Hmm - I was actually turned off somewhat by this game. My mousewheel wouldn't change weapons (is that just me?), the controls felt kinda stiff (I only died by falling off screen - never from damage), and there were a number of bugs/glitches in the 5 minutes I played. A good idea, but needs some bug fixes, tighter control, and better contrast on doors.

Eh - I don't think the line shoudl exist until you place it (in opposition to Antony's suggestion) - I like it how it is. :) Kinda reminds me of missile command, but with a very fun twist and more to keep track of at a time. Give it some fun power ups and perhaps enemy variety and it'll be a 5-star in my book. As is, a fun 4-star that I'll definitely play again.

I disagree - I like not having control of the rotation. It forces the player to adapt to the rhythm of the game. Of course, it does occasionally force a loss, but to me it's worth it for the creativity and timing that the constrained control creates. Good job - cool game!

The simplicity of this game really makes it shine. Part of me wishes there was a timer (at least a temporary one for the Kong challenge), but another part really appreciates the elegance of having absolutely no HUD, accompanied with the simple sounds and trance-inducing music. The brilliant innovation here is the physics, which make this much more interesting and challenging than most "dodge all the crap on the screen" games. Brings me back to the Zen-like states that I'd have to hit in some good R-Type sessions. :-) Thanks!
