After you beat normal and try to play it again it integrates the slowness of the normal with the randomness of hard mode. I don't know if this is a glitch or a feature.
That's a little bug yeah, I will fix that in a minute ;) And congratulation for unlocking the Hardcore mode! EDIT : Fixed
