If you want the customers not to moan about the elevators, I found that the guest ones should only go up 5 or 6 floors. Yes to hit floor 50 you might have to take 10 elevators but each of them will be quick

to win you need to keep hitting him...and run away slightly when he attacks until you have the axe. His lasers are always top then bottom but as he is travelling you can get close to him to hit him some more.
