there should be some thing that should calculate the income % seconds % price the building with the highest outcome should be metioned.

those angel investors are really something got from cookieclicker there you have heavenly chips and those give 2% income too (i got 90000 heavenly chips) :P
it atctually pretty sucks if i land on a bounce pad because if i land on it falling from 2000 feet then it springs me up lower then i would actually bounce they need to be more effective when your bounce goes up
i found a bug i you pick a mole right after you lost your drill (or maybe an other mole) then you can see the mole but dont get its effects and then you can only dig one block when moving instead of 2 and you cant mine downwards untill the effect wears off
