I destroyed every city in europe by releasing all three infections evenly spaced. Then when the objective was reached I used MJ and then used the other specials as needed.
All you have to do to not use matches is to go to the brick wall that is by the ladder that leads to the hatch that is locked from the outside, and push in the three bricks that are sticking out.. Then go to the switch by the ladder and flip it.
