The physics on jumping after grabbing a number are off. Sometimes you can get a new jump off of them, sometimes you can't. But I still like it, anyway. ^w^
Well... hmm... let's see... the tutorial stage is the exact same, down to the "the green mud will kill both of them" despite it being black... there's a chance this is a skin-swap ripoff.
4/5 due to there being no good way out of the current room. Barrel will kill you, trap ceiling will kill you, and the last room she just gets ahead of you.
@NetMonster please don't suggest he make the walkthrough a video. Some of us prefer our walkthroughs in text format, so we can jump to the part we're stuck at.
Alright. Starting at 3 stars for a mediocre game. Amazing graphics? +1. Amazing music? +2. Graphics that are amazing yet make it hard to decipher most differences? Minus 2. Kinda really difficult, compared to some of the others. System EXACTLY like every other differences game, bringing almost nothing new to the table? -.5. Oh, and -.25 for the distracting plug for the book. Round down, and that's a 3/5 again. So yeah. That's just my thought process, there.
I struggled with the whole "Oh hey you get the jug OUT of the water cooler" thing, but other than that, this was a fun game. And since it wasn't an escape game, it was a RESCUE game, it made it feel different. 4/5.
After, yes, cheating a bit to find out oh hey this is how some of the stuff works, I got the eighth ending last, because I had never found the initial pillar and thus, never found ALL the hidden pillars. The special thing you unlock after getting all the endings is ASTOUNDING. Great job, Gregory, we love your work, and hope you continue to put out more. Also, awesome on being engaged and junk.
Oh wow, ouch...
Personally, I think there's way not enough hints to say oh hey this does something, but since this is still well-made, I'm giving it a 4/5... not finishing it, unfortunately, it hurts my head.
