if you mess up the lights, click the owl to reset it. to solve, just click every 3rd light on the top row and bottom row. You might have to adjust 1 space over at the end.
Offense is easy, just play it safe. Stay at the bottom or top of the screen and watch for falling bullets. Use your own falling bullets against the opponent. You can stay right about the opponent, bounce bullets off the wall and hit him and he can never touch you.
33 aim for the top left corner of the stack of boxes with the painting, bouncing your balls up. hit the exact same spot everytime. You might need to hit the front two boxes with the last one, though.
47 isn't bad. 1st shot into the bottom hole, put your cursor on the white bears nose. 2nd shot, put your cursor on the monkeys balls. Explode it as it lands. last shot do the same as first.
