I can duck, but how do I then move? Is there an extra item I have to find to slide, or did I miss a button-hint there? I'm stuck and would need to progress through low areas, no matter where I go.
@killerboyx, the minigame-upgrade makes them more manageable, by giving more bullets, faster speed etc. I ignored those upgrades until I played the haddock-game (where you shoot the pizzas), and couldn't do it until I had all upgrades, giving me a very dense and fast stream of bullets. I imagine the other games get easier as well.
To win "Land of the Giants", ride as "The Prof" (aka Doc Brown ;) . I crashed and burned with every other rider, but his car is weighted towards the front.
Here's a hint (and I try to make it non-spoilery) for everyone who has collected everything including the shovel, but doesn't know how to go on: when you talk to the people you meet, you get to hear a poem. It sounds cryptic, but it is a hint for the spinning tree.
I can't retrieve the crystal, because the thingy doesn't work on the you-know-what (don't want to spoil it). Anyone have the same problem? I've tried reloading, but it doesn't help.
I also have trouble with the last level not closing / clearing. It stays stuck with the last polygons colored white and doesn't finish because the counter won't go to zero, but there's nothing to click on either.
This is a great game. Two things that would make it even better: 1) If my edmus had a different colour instead of a yellow circle it would be a lot easier to make out, and 2) an option to turn off the other player's names floating on top of it all. There's already enough going on visually, it can be quite distracting. But yeah, 5/5 already :)
This is a great game. Fun, but also makes you think.
General hints: In the higher levels, don't start with the obvious seeming, shortest connections. They are often wrong, but seeing them will block your mind for the other possibilities. Instead, check which color would have enough room to go longer ways around other colors, maybe even wrap around all three sides. You usually end up with no more than two possibilities for that. Then play with them, and one of them will end up blocking something really quickly, so you know which one is more likely right. with that, you have already covered a lot of ground (figuratively as well as literally).
Also, if two colors look like they would need to cross each other, this means one of them does at least a small wrap-around around the other. Find out which one can do it without blocking the paths of the rest of the colors.
I think I solved 35 in a way that was not intended; I needed neither the push-bot nor did I do anything with the stationary cannon.
(Hint: remember you can move around the mirrors, and it's possible to move them where there's already another one placed)
