would be helpful to know the tricks:
1) A running boxman bounces off a standing boxman
2) A collision between two running boxmen will destroy one.
3) A running boxman will jump over a ducking boxman
I dropped a note to Kong claiming I'd won the hard badge at 1550 (with photo evidence) and helpfully indicated that perhaps they'd made a mistake in setting the bar at 1650 ... as many had indicated. I'm taking the fact that I still have not been awarded the badge as confirmation that Kong is perfectly happy with the current goal level.
I was a bit concerned that some of the levels required ridiculous feats of dexterity - but as it turns out, each has a simple solution that requires very little in the way of frustratingly perfect timing.
Nice game until you get to the boss which is needlessly ridiculous. I upgraded as much as I had patience for and still couldn't defeat it. BTW - I don't know what level Bugoji was when he was simply able to sail around ignoring bullets. Certainly didn't help me.
Ok - I can buy a kid constructing a cardboard box, launching himself into space, and destroying the moon with advanced ballistic technology... but where'd he get the dragon???
Note to the crew - If you notice that the bridge over the bottomless chasm is a bit flimsy, here's a thought - go over it one at a time, and for gosh sakes, be gentle! I'm a bit in arrears on the company life insurance policy.
I can't beat the joker guy because of the D*%& Golems. And for some reason, I can't upgrade my barracks to get my own. So close and yet so ... yeah, I'm out.
such a nice series... but I get so frustrated with point and clicks sometimes. After obtaining the smooth stone and drill I just couldn't find anything else to interact with. More frustrating than challenging...
For the 10 level boss - Resist the temptation to attack only the boss. Kill everything else and only respond to the boss when it fires missles at you or if nothing else is attacking at the moment. You can destroy missles being fired at you.
Little tip: the numbers will grey out only when you fill in the squares in the right position AND you bookend the filled in squares with x's. If you've filled in an entire row with both squares and x's and the numbers are not grey, it's not the correct solution. I was able to do a bit of trial and error using this tip when I got stuck. (okay, I cheated)
As many have said - this game has lots of potential. (but happily, one of the easiest 15 points I've earned to date :). I would consider the following to help finish it off: 1) More levels of increasing complexity involving both timing and strategy 2) The ability to pick up boxes would be nice in order to trigger buttons, block guns, and block light. 3) A damage meter would be great so I know about how long I can withstand a gun barrage. 4) oh, and throw in some portals. Games like this always need portals :)
Ok, now these oranges know the rain is coming. Why do I have to knock them around a bit and cover their respective a**es. Shouldn't they have had the sense to go inside 15 minutes ago?
I assume it makes absolutely no difference how I answer the questions at the end. I actually had to look up the "correct" answer to the questions and, um, I was slain.
Sorry :/
