being able to two-shot the final boss with 1(x2) cost spells makes the game kinda easy -_- 99% of my deaths leading up to victory have been accidental suicides
Commanders should have +% Unit Type bonuses instead of specific units. That would make them much more versatile and have room even more strategic depth while at the same time preserving the potential usefulness of all the commanders.
I'm not sure either. Was it fun for you? It's been climbing back upwards rather steadily since release though, so maybe it'll be better once more people play!
I remember from the first game hating seeing every other ally be a useless grenadier. Glad I skipped that trait and the Hard Badge was achieved so very easily with a team full of marksmen and rocketeers.
For all the people complaining about not being able to move diagonally and shoot -- the problem lies not with the game but with your cheap keyboards. Get an n-key rollover or at least a 3-key rollover to avoid this problem in any application.
