This game is bugged beyond belief.
First game: Got to thier base and started killing it. They made a speedboat which I got to 8hp and it became invinicble. I stopped getting resources, it stopped taking damage, and I had about 500 torpedoes circling it.
Second game:
Get to their base, start kiling it, get it to 400ish hp and a huge unending stream of them come out. By this I mean you couldn't even make out the individual ships and it lagged flash down to 2fps.
