@dalek955: Level 16 is fine. The arrows only apply when standing on them. You can beat it by 'falling over' one column, so you can enter the chamber below... Try again!
I regularly replay this. The physics are great and the sounds are just perfect. Even the failure sound is still soothing. Nothing aggresive about this once you master that ball and those flippers. Love it!
So this is it! Jan 12 2021, Flash blocked. No more Creeper on Kong. I'll probably check back here for the comment section. Maybe some of you will report here on your progress in the offline version at bluemaxima.org (see my other comment). Until Kong in its entirety dies as well. Feels weird, this day, and sad. Crazy times anyway.
In 1/7 you need to move your base to the lower right. Once there, build enough Reactors until you can expand to the left and up the hill. Only contain the flow from the top into the "bay", don't expand to the top. Not doable with my own restrictions I usually play with though, one of which is NBM. That is most definitely impossible.

And while we appreciate Knuckle Cracker's genius work playing this specific version of Creeper World - do check out the recently released Version 4 on Steam. There is a free demo version on there and the full version (and even the whole bundle of all versions plus soundtrack) is not expensive. A good way to say thanks for years and years of free gameplay.
Contentwise: Creeper World 4 is way different (i.e. waaaay more elaborate) than this, and absolutely worth trying.

The hard badge worked for me today. Thanks to halfdelita for the hint on how to get there! Questioning life decisions though, playing this game that I don't enjoy for some badge that won't get me anywhere too! :D Back to 'Creeper World Evermore'.
7:35 UTC: Badges I had already earned did register, also for BOTD. It just took ages! Gave it a try with a new tab, and then reconnecting in the current, reloaded the page, but then just let it sit and a couple of minutes later, the badges were showing correctly again. Haven't tried DOEOing today yet though.. :-D
Still broken here. Not showing blocks progress, not showing already earned badges (2008, what! Time flies.). Funny that the '5-Minute Games quest' shows the badge as completed. I got a huge block grant too though - Kong's somewhat alive!
This could have passed progress to the badges in a better way. At "New game+1" it's obvious that all bosses had already been defeated. Now it says "New game+2" - it's a fun game!

It's hard to say though how difficulty increases. With a relatively basic car, I managed to reach level 30 easily, now with a rather buffed car I struggle to get past level 26 with all the greyish long cars chasing me. Sometimes I had the feeling they arrive based on the level, sometimes based on how many police cars had been wrecked. Or maybe it depends on how buffed your own car is?
Can't wait for v2.0!
It's good so far, but needs more content. I won all the races in the fully upgraded first car, so there's no need for me to grind until being able to buy the most expensive car. Do elaborate! BTW: I can confirm freezing - happened once upon buying and selecting a new track.
