Grenades are completely unfair. It's just not very fun to work through a mission and then get taken out in one hit because you don't know the enemy has a grenade.
I really want to like this game more than I do. There are parts of it I really enjoy. My main issue is that this game is the lack of balance as the game becomes a rush to get to a starport. What's the point in all the neat low and mid tier ships if they don't really help very much? I don't like how strategy doesn't matter if you go up against someone with better equips, especially turrets.
The lag really does become brutal. It's also very frustrating to get to a chest and discover that there's no way for you to open it. The game has some fun parts but it's being dragged down but some major issues that really need to be resolved.
Love the little touches. What's the point in some of the mutations when you change back almost instantly because there's a cop or soldier who shoots you standing right there? Just seems like a waste...
This game is so unbalanced and poorly thought through that it is almost unplayable. It wasn't too bad for about the first ten minutes. Everything after that is a hot mess and the rewards are simply not worth the aggravation and sheer boredom. Did you get anyone to test this before you released it? I have to assume you did, I'm just baffled at the absolute lack of understanding as to what actually makes an enjoyable game.
This game is incredibly annoying. If you want to be a sadist more power to you but I hope you don't have the expectation that people like to be tricked by cheap deaths this way.
Grind, grind, grind, ah crud I hit the ground and lost 300 mph, grind, grind, grind. This just feels like a fun game that's been trapped by artificial difficulty. This is like an fps where in hard mode they just make the enemies bullet sponges instead of adding real challenge.
Making the A10 logo in the corner a clickable link in a game where you have to continuously click on the screen is perhaps not the best design choice. Every time I hit the stupid thing (I try not to but I hit it at least once every five shots or so) my game completely freezes. It annoys me enough that I stop playing for a day or so.
The other Duck Life games were a little grindy but still fun. It seems like the developer tried to pad the length of the game by just making it take forever to level up. Doing this didn't make the game challenging nearly as much as highly annoying, I gave up after 30 minutes when I realized that I would have to grind every duck I got.
Okay, you know what, Dim's levels just get annoying. I've beaten them but they just aren't fun which really sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison to the other levels.
I've been stuck on level 13 for over fifteen minutes now. I'd just restart but I am curious if I've indeed sentenced Sushi Cat to an unending purgatory.
The taunt command is a load of crap and way too overpowered. I played one battle and the ridiculous taunt command will keep me from playing this again. How do I decimate their army and then lose because the other army has a group all the way at the back who keeps taunting?
I could, obviously, abuse the taunt command and play again but I'm so irritated at the poor implementation that I'm just not going to do it.
