I think it's a good game concept and I would just like to see more depth explored with making the buy decisions more complex. The soul shrine system is a step in the right direction for shaking things up and giving you lots to think about.
The golden coupons are kinda dumb to be perfectly honest. They cost negative money if you can afford them. If you're lucky enough for many to spawn your run will go pretty long.
I did them all without help, but had to think sometimes. They did an excellent job setting the difficulty level corectly with this game. A lot of games go too hard or too easy and it's just reading a walkthrough, which is no fun.
The way people feel entitled to locked content because it exists is so screwed up. Kids these days. If they released the same game without any of that locked content in existence, it'd be "5/5 great addition to the serious but shouldn't have to hold down fast forward button", instead it's ridiculousness.
If I had some very disposable income at the moment, I sure would buy the extra towers or tracks. Selling rank 31 and having double cash bonuses was kind of a silly idea though. That's paying money to get easy mode. Why would you do that? I'd pay money for hard mode myself..
The controls are very sensitive, yes. It's supposed to be a twitchy, difficult platformer. The controls do what they are supposed to though.
I beat it. I think it merits an impossible badge. Just tough tough game through. Tough tough level 11, tough tough level 12. All the way up to 40 and the ten secrets.
You only need a little bit of luck on the zombie hydras if you are playing the game as smart as you can. You should be able to withstand 4 or 5 insta-deaths and still get through the battle ok. (this is on epic right?)
DINO-TASTIC!
In a serious sense, it delivers exactly what you expect out of it from the first three seconds, and some people like me enjoy it. Others now it's time to quit out. A great game
dudes... all the colors are good. Balance between color is probably the best aspect here.
I found another glitch. Priest of uth'l doesn't seem to work, at all. I'm using it on a Royal Guard who's at 1 hp..
I used an unblockable robot with a base damage of three, the hive mind aura was giving him +1 strength. When he attacks, he only does 3 damage to my opponents life, you need to fix this.
Crappy AI isn't really that big a deal, to amp up the difficulty you can just give the com better cards. That's what Advance Wars does, it stays fun enough.
Great MTG clone.
