STOP COMPLAINING! games are made to be enjoyed. if it is not a game for you then too bad. the game for me is fun, i get pissed when i die but it is still fun.

Actually the only things that are copyright protected are the names "Call of Duty" and MAYBE the term "Nazi Zombies", neither of which are present in this game. The idea of a zombie defense game is too general to copyright. If you sent this to Activision they'd either say "Wow some asshole copied us" or "cool, someone liked our game enough to make flash version". But nothing more would happen.
