How long til you sell it to steam so they can make it a standalone?

8 reloads and game is still non functional due to the tutorial mission to buy a skill. The buy button is not there and the game won't work if I click anything else. http://prntscr.com/7ea97z

Tutorial text near the end "It always have a job for a capable pilot." might want to fix that.
