Now for the feedback of small things I’d want changed for a better game.
1) If you when you win the game get one point per apple eaten instead of one point, doing the (kinda boring) “spinning until eveyone else dies” would not be such a good strategy any more. Alternatively 10 points for winning and one point per apple, win or not?
2) When people leave and join the table, my snake changes color. Why? It’s quite a bit confusing and I can see no reason why it has to be that way.
3) Each player starts facing up giving some players a small advantage. Why note start the players in the middle facing a corner each or in a corner facing into the middle?
4) The instructions (or even better the game) should mention that pressing space means you are ready. Preferably when the player hasn’t pressed space yet.
5) If a player is in a room but away from keyboard losing game after game by going straight into a wall, the other players in that room would love to have to option of kicking him/her out. If at least two other players agree to do so, boot that player back to the lobby. Probably more work to implement than the payback though, still, I would like it.
