Came back to this after playing the sequel because it's a better game. I know you've probably abandoned this version, but I found a bug: "Mount: Undefinedunsteady black horse?". All things considered, I cannot stress enough how much this game would rock if it had animated characters like "A Knight's Story 1&2". Just simply adding some kick ass sprites for your character and the monsters would make this an epic idle game (unlike the failed auto map & dungeon animations in the sequel). I'd never turn it off, though I hardly turn it off as it is now..
Hate to beat a dead horse, but I had the same problem others have reported: feeling like the actions for A & S should be switched. It just seemed counter-intuitive and I had a hard time adapting. Technically not a problem with the game as much as it is my brain. :)
Great game, great concept. This is a real treat, even if you stink at puzzlers like me. Learned about Pactolus; I never knew. Thanks for encouraging me to brush up on my Midas lore.
Is there seriously no way to view your achievements? No witty explanations of the ones we're missing? No self satisfaction in looking back over the conquests of the past, and the date/time they occurred? >Forever Alone<
Nice new take on a tired genre. I especially enjoyed the resource collection, resource exchange & card matching features. I only wish the benefits of matching 4+ cards were greater, considering the risk of losing cards you've gained after you max out the inventory. Additionally, it would be nice to have non-native resources that could only be manufactured in the exchange process, and maybe only given out rarely in flight as bonuses. I put in a lot of work to get to magma falls and was disappointed at both the scenery (compared to previous boards), and the lack of new magma-specific birds, only a mix of previous level's birds. Great game though, overall, 4/5 & favorited.
Can you make the options & encyclopedia buttons in the top right retract the corresponding menu if you click them again (like the pause button does)? Also, as previously mentioned, a speed-up option would be ace. Overall, I sincerely enjoy this game, especially the graphics, where I thought I could never stomach another TD game again. That's a hell of an accomplishment in a saturated genre.
My new favorite game. Different characters with unique abilities & class-specific gear would be ace. Does it seriously charge you for a potion when you already have one and yet give you nothing? I'd love to see some spells or magic items that slow the lifespan depletion temporarily, or some more monsters, especially zombies. Thanks for making a kick-ass game, can't wait to see a sequel.
Loving it. Here's my wishlist: 1: Upgrade casino. New combos on slots, a Roulette wheel, some bingo, etc. 2: An Aquarium. Fill it with rare fish you've caught, be able to feed them; get gear for the tank when you finish feed quests (like a castle, a treasure chest, some plants). 3: Some kind of match 3 bejeweled clone, with seashells or something. 4: More home decor. A pool table, a lava lamp, a bookcase, a jukebox, etc. 5: More farming all around; add some rare junk to fishing, like an old boot, or a golden oyster or something. Expand the menu in Burger Ping. 6: Octopus's garden, anyone? Zen Ping meditation zone. 7: More stuff to buy in the store. 8: More masks. 9: A Disco.
Beautifully Illustrated, my favorite part being the white rat in the Kraken's Den. Was a real pleasure to play. Thanks for a short diversion from a busy day.
I like some of the new additions, but still find it frustrating to make assignments. Isn't there a "select/deselect all" option? Just like part 1, I find myself every round having to cancel everyone from the guard duty mission to reassign them when others get back. It just seems like there could be an easier way.
