One annoying bug, you can't drag a path outside of the game, it just stays on the screen and then you have to click again and drag a different path. Whatever the player movement is now (center of gravity-based or something?) is weird, left should be absolute counter-clockwise. Teams don't make a lot of sense if they are always allied against you - either have them all go in sequence and also attack each other, or always have one team against you. Despite a few minor annoyances, incredibly addicting game! Some sort of multiplayer would be awesome. 4/5
Excellent TD. Being able to move towers and add attributes to them is a nice twist. So much variety and yet so short of a game! Very slick graphics and gameplay, all-around awesomeness. 5/5
This is a FANTASTIC game. Loved all of the references to retro RPGs (and a certain piano theme at the very end in particular :)). It has a ton of depth, with all of the sidequests for the impossible badge it was ~50 hours for me. The superbosses were awesome too, Animus was a beast! Don't listen to the haters, and keep up the awesome work!! 6/5
Simple but addicting and well made. Sort of reminds me of the "ancient cave" in an old SNES game, Lufia II. I really liked the simplified battle system, made the normal tediousness of a hack-and-slash much better. Spells and items could be hotkeyed, both are sort of cumbersome to use in battle. As far as balance goes, the difficulty could scale a lot more after around level 50 when you should have picked up a few heal spells, from there to the end I found pretty easy. Same goes for the boss, WAY too easy (didn't even need a potion or a heal spell). Overall though, very nice 4/5.
Nice concept but the controls are infuriating. *click relay* *click relay again* *click map twice before it builds* *try to select something else and build another relay instead* etc...
Nice concept, but glitchy and very unbalanced after the first 15min. In a battle if you finish and hit "Go" too fast you'll get locked in battle mode. Or if another battle happens before the display finishes moving you'll be able to skip it... this also applies to castles! You'll bypass the castle and the hours remaining will start counting negative and never reach anywhere. The top ship is way too easy to get, main character needs to be able to level, HEAL would be nice. But like I said, nice concept, a few improvements would go a long way.
Normal enemy patterns like Frantic... check.
Boss outlines and bullet patterns EXACTLY THE SAME as Frantic... check.
No awesome music like Frantic... check.
...Seriously?
Very fun but completed all badges in less than 2 hours. The opposite extreme isn't great either (*cough* Gemcraft *cough*) but could use more depth. Maybe some subquests, an overall map, and less "hey look here's a bunch of credits for no reason". Solid game though, looking forward to a sequel.
