Someone check if the 3rd achievement is rigged. Although completing IX Stage at *MEDIUM*, I didn't receive the achievement.

Anyone knows how to find the purple portal scroll to teleport to town? I used the one in my inventory already. Is that the only one, or are you able to find more in the game itself?
