I like the Swords and Sandals spin-off combat system. It's simple and not nearly as buggy as the actual Swords and Sandals. If I could add anything to it, I would add a minimal graphics option that takes out ALL of the unnecessary effects so it can run perfectly smooth on even the crappiest of netbooks. Great concept, great execution; Fantastic game.

Apparently they forgot to update the tutorial when they changed the price of an outpost. The tutorial wants me to build an outpost which now costs 500 metal, yet it only gives you 300 metal. To err might be human, but it's still unacceptable.
@glitch626 As a kid, I used to sit at my grandfather's Windows 3.1 machine for hours trying to solve the second level. Now, at least, I'm able to recognize the patterns, like a Rubik's Cube. I was surprised that no one had remade it into a flash game (other than one or two levels) until now. Oh well, even if you can't beat it, it's still a nice walk down memory lane.
This is a perfect example of what flash RPG should be: simple and addicting. The fact that you can replay dungeon sets over and over while saving your rare items is what makes this game playable over and over again. I would LOVE to see some expansion games that uses the same character data, that might possibly get a little more in-depth. 5/5
I enjoyed Virtual Villagers occasionally, so I will probably enjoy this game as well. Will be nice to see the full version game.
If you haven't played Virtual Villagers before, play that first; it's a better game. (virtualvillagers.com)
A couple of small errors I noticed at the beginning of the game. In the 'How To Play' dialogue, under the power-ups section, the words 'beginning' and 'balloon' are misspelled. 'Battlefield' is one word, not two. There is an inconsistency with capitalization in the term "Castle Repair" (suggested: Castle repair). In first item of the 'Game Tips,' the word "occurs" should be changed to "occur."
None-the-less, great game.
The game is great, you did an amazing job. Very impressed with the graphics and game interface. If you haven't yet, definitely start looking for some serious game sponsorships. You definitely have what it takes to make the next big flash game. 5/5
