I'm going to have to join in on the war buggy rant, they are far too strong for how cheap they are. A small fleet of 2 or 3 can take out most bases at the start of the game with little chance of loss.
I also feel the ship in the end cut scene is very unrepresentative of the amalgumous block of guns with rockets strapped to the back that I finished the game with.
A tip for later levels: space out your guns, it helps to compensate for a targeting system that will fire everything in a radius at one enemy, wasting firepower.
I would like to give a big shout out to all those jerk leavers in the lobby in darn near every game, you make the game waiting for a game MUCH more pleasurable for the rest of us.
I agree that devs are entitled to make money off their games, but when you look at the vast amount of other developers who put MUCH more effort into their games and ask for a lot less than IGG at the same time, it really makes IGG seem like a bunch of greedy/lazy people who intend only to capitalize on the basic human instinct to win the easy way with money rather than hard work.
Well it finally happened, I lost months of work to a wallet warrior who attacked me overnight. I never stood a chance. I sometimes wonder why I am compelled to play these pay to win games.
This game really needs a better trade system. Any game where you are using REAL money needs to have a trade system that that does not let you get cheated or sniped.
I don't see why this game gets so much flak for being pay to win. In my experience, the only thing REALLY worth mall points are commander cards, and even at that, people will sell them for gold, which comes easily enough with patience and a decent amount of farm. I don't think paying gives anyone that much of an advantage in this game compared to most other games I've played.
What I hate more than anything in the world is when you are the first one to enter into a sprite world, and 2-5 seconds later some other jerk walks on in and refuses to leave.
That moment when you clear your browser cache and rush off to the god lands all the while, you have forgotten to re-map your nexus key and forget about it until that moment when your only hope of escape is that very same key... :(
If you are having trouble advancing, a good team composition i have found is : a tank- make sure he has high defense and spec full into the tank skillset to get protect, a spear thrower who will be protected by your tank, and a buriser with a shield who can take a beating but dish out a beating in return(I would suggest the armor penetration skill for him, it helps a lot). It takes a while to farm enough exp for this comp, but it has worked like a charm for me.
Captain: Aye mateys, I feel like ending the day early, blow up the ship.
Crewman: But captain, cant we just doc-
Captain: I said blow up the ship dammit!
