for height max out the 3rd and 4th coppers, their missiles come at you so if you are above them land on them and you get launched quite high and you can get 90Ft EASILY
...i love it when you have completed the game before badges are put into the game except you completed it on the computer with a virus so you dont have saved status anymore....
Bug for the card. you don't need to beat 9DIFFERENT levels. i played the first one and the 2 2nd ones 2 or 3 times each to get them glowing and i got the card. only 7/9 levels completed though
