Calling this a puzzle game is a stretch! The idea and concept does appeal to me, but this felt like 40+ tutorials and no puzzles except for maybe the last two.
Hitboxes are so big and unforgiving, random spawns behind every updraft boost, combined with maneuverability like a falling rock. Even with instant reaction, it's almost impossible to avoid being hit by something. Feels extremely based on pure luck.
One star for obscuring everything and making it simply grind heavy. Prices of future weapons are obscured, so there is no way to see if you should just save your money to buy a better weapon. Prices of locked weapons should be listed in the "info". Even with all headshots and 100% accuracy, you will probably be over run, because the reload takes longer than brewing a cup of coffee. Yeah, this seems to be lazy game design, making you really, really underpowered compared to the HP of your enemies, leaving nothing to skill, but everything on the upgrades you manage to grind enough coins to buy. Sorry, this was not enjoyable at all.
I simply loved these four episodes. Thanks for giving me hours of great storytelling and puzzles. If you're ever short on beta testers, during future projects - give me a shout.
Since you obviously read and do something about stuff, I'll bother to say I found another typo: When Lora Malaguard calls your office, right after the chat with Phelps.
"I may have not have told you" - the one "have", should probably not be there. Thanks for a beautiful series btw - I love it so far. :)
Found a typo, in the conversation with the barman.
"That guy? I'm not sure, I don't think I've ever him before" - when asking about the shady guy. Think the word "seen", must be missing from that dialogue. :)
Yes, you're right. We wrote it right, but the word "seen" is a tiny, malevolent rebel, and it often tried to escape the game. in the end, it made it.
Little bas***d!
Don't worry, though, we'll catch it one day!
Probably the worst atempt at making a pool game ever concieved! I hate Kong for making an achievement for this game - forces me to play this sorry excuse for a game. I actually made a better pool game in visual basic, back in high-school.
Thank you for your wonderful words! *_* We'll surely keep it in mind! ;)
