Dear lord, stop coming into my shop and asking for stuff that I clearly dont have. If I didn't have it the first 5 times, what makes you think Ill have it today.
One of the more restrictive energy games i have seen in a long time. Also, it is very annoying to have pop ups constantly interrupt me and take me to another screen before I was finished doing what I was doing in a previous screen. If the constant pop ups weren't enough, the premium gear gives a brutally large advantage in battles. This is a sub par game at best.
Hey Quotion, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Was there a specific pop-up window that you found especially frustrating to encounter? As for the premium gear comments, we're taking note of these thoughts. We certainly want to monetize the game, but also want to have a good balance within the game-play. Unsure if there will be changes made in that category, but we are paying close attention to what you guys say.
Cheers!
Guide:
Note: Remember you can hit the pause button at the start and still build. That way you don't feel rushed while you are bombed on the by the enemy in the middle of a set up
1)Build a single Reactor
2)Spam build as many interceptors as possible, once you get the miner ship spam build miners. With a Reactor and as many miner ships as possible in the opening round you will be flowing with energy
3)Save up for the biggest strongest ship you have, the flow form miners and a reactor should be generous enough to give you a good advantage
Managed to beat the game and get the hard badge on those steps alone
More notes:
-Carriers are very helpful and I mostly spamed carriers from both star docks and star ports
-A shield generator or healing beam dose not hurt when you have the free energy to do so.
Game had me up until I started getting 2 hour return times. I know that the other versions have a 15 buck deathmobile upgrade that cuts it down to 5 minutes, and we should eventually get it. But ill save my money up and just say it was fun while it lasted.
Love the game. It is very satisfying to go into a high risk situation, scavenge everything as quickly as possible, and make a break for it. Great idea to have our compound be a trash heap that we slowly clean up and fortify. The improvised weapons adds to the experience of post apoc survival, gluing together a sledge hammer to smack zombies around is great. Lukewarm on the multiple class part though, right now its just me protecting my scavenger lady as Santa tries to kill us all. Fighter and engineer are doing basically the same role for me. My only real suggestions are: 1)add craft able flashlights characters can carry around and 2) Don't have items in the construction menu we are to low level to craft, its frustrating to round up the materials for a flood light only to realize you are a few levels short. Just have them added to the menu as you level.
Doubt they will ever makes a gold to pc conversion in game since gold is just way to easy to get. Hell, we get the whole 4 idols=15Pc thing just by being on every day to collect the daily rewards. Even if we did get more ways to get more PC we would still always be behind the people who drop loads of cash on the game.
Game fells like to much of a grind for to little pay off. Maxing out skills looks to benefit me in the smallest way possible. The creeps all seem to just slow me down, I have come to hate the cannons more then love them since it seems like they just slow me down very fast. Feels like to ramped up the grind this game just to pad out the games length, felt very unsatisfied.
@MarkN25 you can get ammo from scavenging in areas and you can make ammo drop off boxes that fill up slowly with ammo over time that you can then grab.
Liked it so far. Never felt like you were just hitting me over the head with making me buy overly expensive cash shop items. The gameplay is fun and simple, never forcing down an encyclopedic amount of info at the start and confusing me. Some problems loading at times, but ill give that a pass since you are still in "beta". Was never really restricted to hard with energy. Flavor text is good and so is the dialog. Good game, other multiplayer games could learn a thing or two from this one.
It feels like I always get a miscrit who i am at a disadvantage element wise when im searching for them. If I have my fire guy put then I get to fight a water dude, if I have my grass dude out I have to fight a fire dude. I thought searching near water wouldn't result in finding fire miscrits, but I was wrong. Getting healed is also a tideuos process of having to run back to town since you cant just up and use a health potion. Game just isnt doing it for me.
