i"m sorry. There seemed to be a bproblem with my browser. lokks like the highest rating for tuts aren't 2. Weird, I sworn I chose highest rated. Well alot aren't very good out there, alot aren't tuts at all. i hope I can make a good one.

When I searched through tutorials for highest rated, the highest i found was 2 stars. i hope i can break that record. I'm serious on these things.
