Defiantly better done than the super crazy guitar maniac series, only down sides are as others have said, it is a tad easier, the lack of a Kongregate high score system, and not enough songs. As for the music selections, great, better than scgmd. I have yet to find the notes mixing themselves around as scgmd does also. I'd say a 4/5 especially since its a FIRST game, unlike scgmd which has 3 chances to polish up.
Finished the game, as others have said, the whole "Go to armor games to play more" thing is rather annoying. I would have given a much better rating had the other surgeries been available.
I like it, but the whole taking score off for saving thing is pretty terrible. Don't penalize the user just because they want to close the browser window.
I love the gameplay the art and the funny commentary from the support system. My only problem with the game is that it can be sluggish to respond, and the charater doesn't always respond the way it is supposed to when you try to walljump.
I found a glitch on B15 that makes a part of the bridge teleport in an unusable area on the left side of the river, and its unreversable. Perhaps you should look into it.
