To everyone asking how to win the survival mode easily - you need to have at least the laser gun as your primary weapon and the rocket gun available via upgrades. When you start survival mode, buy the double damage, more health, and unlimited jumps upgrade. It's fairly easy until you get 10000 or so. At that point, you need to be jumping constantly so you're above all the obstacles. The only time you should come down is to grab the upgrades, especially the health and rockets. The rockets will aim at their target regardless of where you're at on the screen, so you can stay above all the damage by constantly hitting jump and then still kill the enemies. If there's too much on the screen, forego getting your rocket weapon upgrade and stick with the laser, as it hits everything in a line and you can kill the bosses quicker. I beat it at level 37 and I'm certain I could have done it as soon as rockets were unlocked with that strategy.
1082 feet - here's how I did it:
Day 1 -
Start with full fuel, the $500 wheels, $3000 transmittion, $150 engine, and buy the boost. Tilt your car back when you're running over the zombies to maintain a bit of speed. When you get to the part where there's a gap you jump that you'll usually lose speed, hit your boost. I generally get around $7500 the first day.
Day 2 -
Buy the big engine and the gun. Spend as much money as you can upgrading the gun. If you have any extra, buy another level of boost. On my best try, I ran into the boxes on day 2. You should get anywhere between 11 and 15k on the second day. Remember to tilt your car back slightly when running over zombies.
Day 3 - Upgrade your boost to full. Upgrade your gun with whatever remains. Don't use any boost until you get to the last hill, and then use it all. You should fly way up in the air and sail into the top of the boxes and through them.
Good luck!
After having to start over twice because of two glitches, I almost didn't want to finish the game. First I left the freezer room too fast and everything stopped working, then the second time the guy at the bar never finished his drink. Having to do the same stuff twice is just annoying. 1/5 til bugs are fixed, 3/5 max for releasing it with such obvious bugs.
@Flower13 I've played against him before too. He used nukes every single turn and could move as far across the map as he wanted. i am pro was definitely a hacker.
If it wasn't for my OCD and me having to get the hard badge, I would have quit this game after the first island. EVERY FIGHT IS THE SAME. I used the same equipment from island 1 to island 3 and dominated. On island 3 I got a new sword and it raped everything else - 1-shot easy mobs. There was really almost no point to upgrading anything after I got that sword. Oh well, 3/5 for decent game play. -1 for unoriginal quests, -1 for repetitiveness.
For everyone that says this is too hard: get the yellow upgrades for your regular gun and the lightning for your special. Once you get to 5-6 yellow weapon upgrades you'll kill most things before they can fire at you. To make it easier to see and handle your ship, use ctrl + to make the entire page and game bigger. It makes it much easier to control your ship when the game is bigger.
I really liked this game. Text glitch wasn't too annoying, but it was noticeable. Also there were some grammar mistakes in the text, but it was a nice story.
This game is ridiculously easy. Beat in 32 hours. Save money, upgrade to second gun and get its optionals. Buy the 2 barbed wires and 3 spike traps and lay them at the beginning. Don't buy anything else until you get to the m150, or whatever the gun is after the sniper rifle, and then upgrade it the next time you can and that's all you need to beat it.
That was pretty easy. I had all upgrades/achievements by the end of the 13th try, except for the 25 games one. I just killed myself repeatedly after that to get it. Fairly fun. 4/5.
I really like this game. Sometimes it seems like the percentages for miss rates or the proc rates are off (missing 3 times in a row with a 10% miss rate should be nearly impossible, but it happens fairly often.)
Okay. The music isn't that bad and the game isn't that hard, and I would normally give this a decent review. However, after making it to the boss 3 times in a row and 3 times in a row getting the glitch and falling through the floor, this game gets a horrible rating. Boo to this game.
