you could also give option to upgrade shields for a cost-the better shield you want to upgrade the higher cost for each upgrade. each upgrade to wooden crate could add like 20 to its HP and each upgrade to iron crate +40HP. it would help the shop defender a lot.. since now its just too simple to win for the attacker.
also got idea- maybe for gold we could upgrade factory to "next level" to get more metal from it at lower coal usage each lv. like example lv 0 factory produces 5 metal for 5 wood and coal, at lv 1 it would produce 6 metal for 6 wood and 4 coal_at lv 2- 7 metal for 7 wood and 3 coal.
maybe remove the time required to craft weapon when you have enough resources at all?sucks waiting several minutes for each wimpy dagger that cant destroy a simple box from 1 hit.. so to prepare for simple "battle" that lasts like 20sec i have t wait like half hour for enough weapons.
got idea about builds that destroy chests-if the chest is destroyed before attacker made his first shot then the fight automatically counted as finished and attacker without losing even single weapon gets loot from chest + the player which build destroyed the chest before 1st throw suffers a 2% his total expierence penalty. -would scare off players that make such builds definetly and at higher levels its progressively more effective like example 100xp having guy loses only 2xp but 10000xp having player suffer 200xp penalty and thats for each attack aganist his build.also attackers wouldn't need to worry about clearing up remaining crates as after chest is destroyed match is finished.
i know, but people building defense that destroyed chests on start of battle were more of a problem. the grid based building system is temporary to prevent this kind of defense builds, until I figure out what should happen to attacked shop owner when his chest is looted / destroyed.
this would require both players to be online at the same time thus some kind of lobby, which may have sense when there are lots of players. will keep that in mind but won't be available soon i'm afraid, the main issue now is game balance.
heh energy costs twice lower,thanks dev maybe increase the max energy cap with each lv too?like +2 to max energy with each lv. and maybe allow to buy somekind potions to refill some energy
crafting times were reduced, there's a "craft instantly for additional wood and stone" button planned. have fun! :)
