People all you have to do is to aim towards the box,and put your mouse out of screen in that direction.It will shoot but you will be able to do something else.+ so everyone could see :P

Check out if you have any ad-blocker application running, and deactivate it (many times it's just that :)
Bear also with you, though, that first time you run BasketDudes on a web-browser, depending where you are accessing the game from, it may take longer or shorter to download all the game assets to your PC, so, please, be patient. This will happen only the first time, and therafter it will be all cached on your hard drive, so next time you run the game it should load way faster.
If the problem still persists, you can also try installing the stand-alone version of the game which you can get at www.basketdudes.com/downloads/
