i agree with calidron, spending your money between level for healing the gate makes it a grinder, because you have to replay lower levels, that you done perfect before, to get more money. the way it is, healing should be much cheaper, at least. furthermore the tower offer no additional effects, which are already to be needed on the second level. gentle 3/5
well after all your ammo is gone, all you can do is buy the shotgun for 100$, because you can't get more money. the shotgun comes with one (!) shot in the package, after that you can fight whit bare hands??? 1/5
well, i do not understand why all sailing games i saw in the last years, do NOT use a wind system. i mean, sailing, that the traveling with WIND and sails, and it comes from one direction...
here again all ships do have a sort of engine or and individual stream of air, that always comes from behind? Even the first version of "Pirates!" in 1987 (!) had changing wind, and you could change reef the sails. Apart from that very well done 3/5
hmm, rather disappointing click fest, mr. nerdook. compared to your previous games, like my all time fave "Super Mega Ultra Evil Genius" and the later games, this one offers not simplicity, as this is your emphasize on the design of your games, but has a strong tendency towards "primitive" gameplay. it gets repetitive after a few rounds, and there none of your regular features, we all like: excellent story, unlockable items, rgp element, and the dry humor. as i stated before, i think i would be better to work on one somewhat bigger project, than starting to throw out halfbaked stuff into the public. don't waste your reputation, sorry 2/5
lots of towers, but none of them offer some usefull effects, not even the "standard-a-must-have-even-crappy-tutorial-copy-have-them" slow, splash or poison effects. furthermore there is nothing new or interesting here. 2/5
Like it, esp. the topographic elements makes it interesting. But i would like to see some decent sound, more type of towers. Bugged out for me on the third level. Creeps just walked through my towers, straight towards the goal, then they are stopped by a cliff, but outside of firing range. Can't reach them with magic, they are outside of the gamefield! 3/5
If it stalls, go to main menu, and try to continue. Overall a very good game, but game economics are somewhat simple, the only expenses are the wages, there should be some maintenance cost for installations, and some random events could tighten the difficult level. Frankly, it impossible to loose, it just takes more or less time to reach the goals.
This is is one of the most weird games, I ever saw. A grizzly like panda roams in some park like environment, tearing strange looking creatures in gory parts. These pig tailed old looking somewhat give me the creeps. And when you stand still, the panda poops with a definitive sound! @ the developer: get yourself a shrink.
All this technically perfect: scrolling and animation are excellent. Game play itself is rather boring. 2/5
