Yes, it's possible. I just accomplished all challenges. Yeah, you need lots of patience and yes, often it's luck based to get the XY $. As I said, you need a lot of patience. So lean back and enjoy the explosions! ;)

The game is a bit too easy and repetitive for my taste. Hit box is OK, the upgrades are not well balanced (I bought the best gun directly after level1) but aside from that: good job! ;)
