build the track from pre configured sections (hair bends straight corners) you can then code the computer cars so thy can follow the track. give the cmputer a few options for each piece of track and use random to determine which path it takes.
great concept there are better way to proceed than what i sugest i just think those are more fesable for a novice ( i only asume your new to programming or games so i appologise if this isn't the case)
only 1/5 but don't let that put you off it works which is always a good sign for a first game. low score doesn't mean you've done a bad job just how it compares to what others have done.
First play thought the game lacked a bit of varity but after playing again I noticed the stars split and join nice touch on level two there is a glitch between room 3 and 4 (invisible wall over half the path). Moving wall then incresed the variity bit hrsh that any contact with them kills you.
Best game added in the last two days that I've looked at. most of the visuals are adequet but a few such as the rocks around the base of the gyser could do with impovement. the most important aspect the game play seems solid. A game definatly worthy of you investing more time in it's development e.g a sequal or new game based on this one.
Some real potential, those backgrounds have got to go it might not be so bad if the colours were softer, I'd recomend you try to add some texture to them.
