to get the medium bedge u have to:
1). max out the minigun (and w/the rest of the points do whatever u want to)
2). use the minigun and start shooting everywhere like crazy, that way ull kill lots of zombies faster.

@richyanke: i think udie because u run a lot it happened to me too and its the only reason i can figure out cause i wnt to an open space with no zombies nor blood and i suddenly died
