Sort of good idea, but this is a pretty awful implementation. Make sure you parser knows plenty of different synonyms, or people will give up playing guess-the-verb.
Gets boring after a few minutes, just like the others. If I want to iterate through combinations of things from two lists, I'll a script to do it.
Nice art and atmosphere though.
Advice?
Right then...
The first checkpoint didn't seem to work, which was annoying. Questions where you have to guess are VERY irritating. Having to go through the game again to get to where you were is pointless. Haven't I seen something like this before (be original, although I'm not so sure about that :P), better graphics might help, missing sound FX and music. Oh, more funny things!
Nicely done, but very derivative.
Almost everything in this game has been done before and is not original. There are plenty of other mech combat games already.
Good graphics, a couple of nice features (use of boss vehicles and shooting over walls).
Basically Flow with a different way of getting between levels, it doesn't seem very original to me. Even the creatures look and act like the ones in Flow.
It is nicely done though, the addition of a stable population is good.
Sort of interesting, but HUGELY repetitive fighting. The story made things more interesting and kept me playing, although the CUBE things seem an awful lot like the Borg from Star Trek.
Over all it works well, but I couldn't figure out the buying mechanism at first, the buttons need to show up better.
Nope, it's my own engine. The pre-loader font is just a basic pixel/retro font.
