Nevermind the next Comprehension made them appear :)
The game has some potential, but I do not get what enables Transcend or Wisdom. I got Knowledge 4, Progress 50e9, Supplies 300e6, all skills above 10.000 except 7 which is above 1000 but still only the 'Comprehend' button is there. Also never found an artifact.

It does not need one. It takes like five minutes to max out everything and then there is no way to be overwhelmed.

After couple of hours of running the game, WebGL says "Out of memory". (Arch Linux, Chrome)

Yeah Arch Linux with Chrome.
Sadly right now the game have some compatibility issues with linux-based OS, can you by chance give it a try with Wine?
I really would like to try out the game, but when I have a roster of two and try to go to fight, selecting one of them forthe formation and clicking confirm, the resonse is: 'There is nobody there...'

It is a nice one, but it would be good to be able to continue from the last successful level .

really appreciate the quick responses but I think you still clearly not understand my problem. I know where is the link and how should I use it. The only prolem is that I do not have the link right now, and do not have any access to it, because it is inside the game, but as I am not re-elected, I can not access any Clout stuff, because I am stuck at the choice screen with Retire/Lobbyist/Re-election, where the last is inactive. So I all know about what to do, but I do not have access to the link itself at the moment, and that is my problem. I hope this is clearly specifies my problem. And big thanks for the effort put in from your side, not only to the game but to all the user ideas/problems and so on.
I now understand what you're saying. I'm currently speaking with someone from Kongregate via email and it seems I can have him add people by kongregate username so they can access The Lobby normally. I'll have him do this with your username and send you a message when it's done.
Yeah I know where the link is, the problem is, that I can not access it, as I am showed the "You lost" screen with the three choices, when I clikck on the Lobbyist, I get back to the Kong main page.
As the note with the link states, due to how kongregate works with unreleased games you have to log out, visit the link, then log in when prompted (or with the header if the prompt doesn't come up. I dunno why it doesn't sometimes). I'm trying to get a hold of someone at kong to change this so it's not so ridiculous.
There is 5% chance always for re-election... Btw, can any1 post the lobby link? I would like to became a lobbist, but without the auth key, the lobby is inaccessible.
I posted the link in a sticky in the general post. You have to log out of kongregate, follow the link, then log in. Also, be aware that the game isn't exactly playable yet. It's just an HTML realtime chat after you get done with character creation, but it'll start to be playable in the next couple days/weeks.

I seem to hit a bug, after choosing horses or duck, it circles with a splash screen telling defeat whatever, but can not start anything meanful.

Stuck at level 2 and zero chance to buy a suit... and even could not buy a suit even isf I save all my money... pretty unbalanced... 2/5

no Unity plugin for Linux... so I would rate it 0... what a pity that I can not if I can not install unity...

I like the game, and the achievements are nice, but I see the upgrades/achievements a bit unbalanced (too easy to get upgrade points with the achievements, in 10 play I got all except one upgrade and 24 of 29 achievements) 5/5 but I would really like to have a more balanced upgrade/achievement system.
I recognised a bug I think. Sometimes when get to the 16 flock, the leader goes indestructible mode, and all the flying objects are stopped (the landscape is rolling as usual), and although I try to intentionally kill my flock I can't (but the flying objects get bloody), and the bonus mode is still on. Then after a while flying object start to move again, and the flock number is decreased when hitting them, but I jump to bonus mode again after some seconds. I can't go back to the main menu, only with refreshing the page and restart the flash object.
