ok, seems like you can get blocked by GMs without any reason at all (started and just let it go for a while). Anyway, fun "game" ^^ (does it have any sort of ending ?)
for those who are stuck after the first boss : Somewhere rightmost on the map is some sand instead of grass. There also is a switch on the right sie you couldn't reach before. That's what your new weapon is there for.
Anyone else got the problem of the game not showing up ? I played it on another site already (Armorgames, I think), but here the game-field stays white. (got the newest Flash Player, so this shouldn't be the cause)

Yes, it actually can still be infected, but only for a short period of time. That is if there already was a ship on it's way to Madagascar when it closed down. There won't be any ships afterwards though, so best hope you're lucky.
I'm unabble to get that card as well. Tried every map on every difficulty, but the "runners"-count won't increase. I also tried resetting the config, which didn't help in any way. My counter stays at 2 after killing about 50 runners about 12 hours ago and hasn't increased since then, no matter what I do. Is there a way to fix this ? (resetting the config includes all enemies active as well, so that's not the problem)
