Well this sucks. I completed every level, complete with ACE and lightning on tower of glory II, but the badge progress says I have 20 lightnings and 21 ACEs, so it won't give me my badge. Lame.
Hmmm... this is really stupid. Having a good computer means that the badge is nearly of impossible difficulty. I watched a tons of speed runs on youtube to see what I was doing wrong for the lightning badge for a few levels, and I've been running the levels much better than these people have, my timer just ticks a lot faster because my PC doesn't suck.
Finally got all 4 badges. It's pretty luck based, but if you have a solid strat you can get pretty far. Don't give up on a game just because Madagascar closes its ports, it can get infected a few days after they close the ports down if a ship arrived a few days earlier.
Austin: Instead of comparing it to games developed by whole teams in well-funded production houses, you might compare it to other games presented on the site... compared to most flash games, I think it's pretty good.
Linkvetern: It's not a bug, it's part of the level. Learn to play. You have to put anomalies on the opposite wall facing outwards as you fly over there to prevent splattering on it.
Put 2 anomalies on the opposite wall just above the gears, both facing straight up. Put the other one facing to the right and a bit down on the edge of the platform you start out on. Then just run into that one, and it should throw you into the other two on the opposite wall, and throw you up towards the exit.
Choppy animation, loosely connected plot that never begins to explain itself, and it takes 10 minutes and is really easy. Really could have been so much more.
Level 40 was disappointing... a lot easier than many previous levels... at least if you master the "jump behind a turrent and throw it away from you" trick.
For those complaining about the aiming mechanic, just realize that the direction of the throw is relative to the position of your character, so just because you aim right above a surface, it doesn't mean that it's going to hit that surface if your character is perpendicular to that surface. Rate of error can be decreased a bit by aiming on the inside of walls instead of at the surface.
Thunder: Put your two anomalies on top of of eachother just below maximum jump height on the right wall aiming just above the saw. As soon as you clear those, you need to retrieve them and throw them at the opposite wall to use as a buffer so you don't crater.
