@machinimaky when that happens either lots of players are new and the ranks move around because you have to hold your title, it moves around so you can either lose or gain ranks.
@Chuggiely, if you mean where did he find them? He, V-Rico, other map makers made maps and you can too. Just go on cs-portable.com/forum and look for Game Support for the tutorial
Can everyone just stop suggesting Modes & Weapons...
Weapons - Takes a while to design and script and the weapon damages are same for rifles.
Modes - Take a while to script everything, code everything, test it, find any glitches from it....

If you play CS Portable, ranking down is good and means your a better rank.
High ranks = Bad
Low ranks = good.
The skins seem to come at random ranks because people say they come at level 14 and some say 43 and some say 27.....
So just rank up and check your skins every rank.
