Why does it reload the whole bloody window every other time it auto progresses?! middle of upgrading and it refreshes itself, causing me to lose several levels, but not refund the gold spent!

Hi there - if you're talking about the black screen every boss level it's because it's hiding a really heavy load/unload operation that would otherwise freeze the game. There's no bug there and you can't lose gold by it happening. Thanks for playing.
unholy hells, that hide tab function you put into the game is seriously annoying, keep it to clicking the portrait to hide the tabs, and keep the upgrades tab free, trying to upgrade, but miss the box a little, and it hides the entire tab. grr..
Wish there is an auto advance button... i can understand if it wont work when offline, but when you're high enough in levels, you breeze through the levels even when you're idling!
Questions:
1. How do you perform a hard reset? Dont say delete cookies as most of us have other saved data in there. Could you add a button?
2. You stated there is a way to recover kreds spent after a hard reset, how and where do you do that? might be prudent to write it up in the descriptions/instructions.

I really don't understand what all these guys are talking about. Exp Pts are easy to come by, just learn your firearms and take the quiz every 2 hours or so, thats an easy 3000+ xp each go.
Considering the Kongregate version is free, and all items are unlockable through the steady accumulation of xp, you really shouldnt be complaining. Especially when the Android, and the iOS platforms both must require cold hard cash to unlock any new weapons, no xp system at all.
Anyways, tis a great game. Keep it up!
It's nice to be able to disassemble and assemble some of my favorite weapons systems when I'm not in a country which allows me to play with the real deal!
I purchased the cruiser, the game deducted my credits, but the ship did not change up. Now i dont have the upgraded ship, not my credits back, nor the choice to change the ship... Is this a bug?
