needs items that increase item drops or quality at about -20%of the stats of the reg item of the am tier, make them purple, then have on with +20%, with a increase to both qaul and drop, and make that artifact and super hard to get

why doesn't he just call the cops? if there parents get a $250 dollar fine because they were trashing an icecream truck I doubt the icecream man will have any problems
