i beat cave of trial with scucubus mermaids centuars magic cannon black knight and dragon and i used hercules strength and athena protection meteor. all level 5 except the spells hercules and athena they were lvl.4. send some units out for protection.then use meteor on the bad hero but dont hit the 1hit ko goblin.then stock up on units. then when the units you sent out first are about half way to the enemies castle send out the other units.when all the melee fighters and at the castle use hercules strength and athena protection. keep sending out units when they load. then you beat it. it takes about 2 tries before you get it because it's about timing.
