why does it seem impossible to take an aircraft down? i press down arrow superfast nothing happens, i keep down arrow pressed, nothing happens. what do i have to do?? it is sooo frustrating

i already dialed 77886677 (from what i believe was the hint at the piramids.) but i only heared that the number was disconnected. every number i dial is disconnected. with other words i'm stuck! help!
